Sense of Utility

Creative speculation over global sustainability matters and pursuit of finding a probable solution against planned obsolescence, led to the creation of this curiously ordinary, fabulously ridiculous timeless object, intended to serve not only with its aesthetic or practical purposes but as provocateur of subtle emotional reactions. El Soporte del Cubo

This piece is a conceptual work developed to participate at Public Art Exhibitions. Art is important to be accessible to anybody; this is the nobleness of this artistic work. The Piece explores the relationship between human emotions and human progress. The piece intends to inspire people to approach the present global challenges with flexible solutions. Artificial Topography

Big Furniture Like a Cave This is the award-winning project won the Grand Prize of Art in Container International Competition. Because all the portions are soft like a sofa, and person who enter into this space can relax by finding the place suitable for the form of its own body.

How to maintain the balance and identify the stress point? Every step of this project was beset with difficulties.7 of them worked together, broke in and matched up, finally completed the work 10 days later. Comparing with the result, they enjoyed more in the whole process, and benefitted more. They made progress and had breakthrough every day.

Exploded

Exploded Chair is inspired by the long process behind the creation of furniture often taken for granted. Made of solid wood combined with clear resin, this chair exposes the joint system, which is one of the most important parts of a chair but usually hidden. By accentuating parts typically hidden, Exploded Chair attempts to depict the assembly process so the user can know how the craftsmen turn raw materials into the final product.
