30s

The work was designed for drinking cognac. It is free-blown in a glass studio. This makes every glass piece individual. Glass is easy to grab and looks interesting from all angles. The shape of the glass reflects light from different angles adding extra enjoyment to drinking. Due to the flattened shape of the cup, you can place the glass on the table as you wish resting on either of its sides. The name and idea of the work celebrate the ageing of the artist. The design reflects the nuances of ageing and invokes the tradition of ageing cognac improving in quality.

Kepler 186f

Structural basis of Kepler-186f arm-chair is a griddle, soldered from a steel wire to which the elements carved from the oak are fastened with the help of brass sleeves. Various options of armature use combine in harmony with wooden carving and jewelers elements. This art-object represents an experiment in which different aesthetic principles are combined. It could be described as "Barbaric or New Baroque" in which the rough and the exquisite forms are combined. Artificial Topography

Big Furniture Like a Cave This is the award-winning project won the Grand Prize of Art in Container International Competition. My idea is to hollow out the volume inside a container in order to build amorphous space like a cave. It is made of only plastic material. About 1000 sheets of the soft plastic material of 10-mm thickness were cut down in contour line form and were laminated like stratum. This is not only art but also big furniture. Because all the portions are soft like a sofa, and person who enter into this space can relax by finding the place suitable for the form of its own body.

Infinite Bloom

The 10 meter tall stainless steel sculpture stands tall and proud on the highest point of the company's square green space. It is like a thriving, vibrant tree, symbolizing the company's thriving development and the spirit of pursuing excellence. The sculpture is composed of four seamlessly flowing stainless steel arc-shaped units, and interlaces in the vertical space to create a concise, smooth, and dynamic form, converging into a force that continuously extends toward the sky, filling people with expectations for the future.

Pinnannousu

A slowly melting sculpture performance, where an industrial robot carves a large ice block to a computational lens that refracts the spotlight to graphics on the wall, spelling plus two degree celsius, an ominous warning of global temperature rise. The artwork juxtaposes the high tech optimism with transient global challenges that know no bounds. The intervention only speeds up the process.

The Lighthouse of Wishes

This is a special project made possible after its selection as the "best new years eve architectural proposal" by the community's residents in an open poll. This is not only an installation art, but also a community participation activity. Both locals and visitors can draw their vision for the New Year on building facade materials. In addition, an activity was promoted and launched through social media which received a large number of submissions. Each person who submitted a design became an architect of the art installation.
